intan-sarafina bersosial 18-sx

Pertama sekali aku nak bagitau, gambar ni adalah gambar lama. Yang kedua pula siapakah makhluk-makhluk ni? Yang aku cam cuma Intan Sarafina? yang belah kiri sekali. Mungkin mereka ni semua adalah FA AirAsia kot? Botol kicap jenama Jack Daniels pun ada jugak ye. Rasanya macam kicap tamin ke kicap kipas udang? Muka semua merah-merah je pekena kicap JD ye. Korang enjoy lah puas-puas dulu ye. Komen yang bernas sangat dialu-alukan.
Three Reasons Why Your Woman Isn't Having Orgasms

Reason Number One - Not Enough Stimulation... emotionally. For most girls, the emotional aspect is just as important as the physical one. If she's not really feeling the emotionally stimulated, then she may have a hard time reaching orgasm. The saying goes that the brain's the biggest erogenous zone - and that's especially true in women.

Reason Number Two - Get Better Technique. This one's pretty obvious - you can't just blunder your way through sex and expect to please your girl. The basics of sex are pretty straightforward, but you should take the time to check out some more advanced skills. One piece of advice is to check out the master techniques offered on the Internet and find out the best ways to become a true stud in the sack.

Reason Number Three - Getting Her in the Mood. You can't just jump straight into sex without getting a woman in the mood first - she'll never reach orgasm that way and you'll both end up frustrated. You have to get a woman to a certain minimum level of arousal before she'll be primed for an explosive climax. So, make sure the mood is right before you dive in.

Once you identified the three reasons, then you will need to "zero in" and master quick orgasm techniques.

Now a bonus tip that you will find useful if you want to make any woman orgasm fast...

Linda Onn Bongkak Tak Kenal Scha

Fuh, kerek betul jawapan dia.

Women are often accused of carrying too much 'rubbish' in their handbags but if we didn't carry such essentials then who else would?!

Below we've listed our top 20 items which should live in every woman's handbag - without these items we would be lost!

Money - probably an obvious choice but how many times have you left the house and forgotten your purse? Get rid of your loose change instead of collecting it in a jar at home.

Mobile phone - what on earth did we do before mobile phones were invented? Well I guess we used smelly telephone boxes but that meant that people couldn't get hold of us if they were running late, also it meant that we would have to talk super fast before the beeps told us that the call was ending - urgh.

Credit card- a girl's best friend or a girl's worst enemy depending on how you look at it. Going on a shopping trip? Make sure you take your plastic friend with you for a little day out.

Shopper or old plastic bag - plastic bags are evil. Fact. When out shopping don't a) ruin your outfit by coordinating it with a tacky branded bag or b) add to the ever-increasing land fill problems by using up another plastic bag. Reuse an old plastic bag or use a cotton shopper that can fold up inside your handbag instead.

Book/magazine - you will regret not bringing a book with you when you're sat in a cafe/restaurant alone and have nothing to look at but the smoochy couple sat at the table next to you.

Diary - unless you have a fancy mobile phone you'll need something in your bag which acts as an organiser. Otherwise you'll forget what day of the week it is.

Makeup - how many times have you gone straight from work to a bar or restaurant feeling slightly 'naked' as the makeup on your face has miraculously disappeared? Don't let this happen again!

Tissues - toilets without paper, sneezes, hay fever...we all need tissues.

Tampon/San pads - don't be caught out again, make sure that you always have a tampon with you!

Pen - you'll need this to write in your diary or your number on his arm.

Keys - you don't want to be locked out do you? Then don't forget your keys.

MP3 player with headphones - sunny lunch hour in the park? Lonesome walk across the bridge? This needs a soundtrack.

Safety pins - why doesn't everyone keep at least one in their bag? Safety pins are so handy. Broken bra strap? No worries. Broken bag? No worries. Broken heart? Well we can't help you there...

Plasters - sore feet from painful shoes aren't pleasant at all and can actually ruin your day. Make sure you keep a couple of plasters in your bag. You'll be so grateful the day you need them.

Comb or hairbrush - cave woman chic? We don't think so. Tidy yourself up a little and keep your hair sleek.

Vaseline - great for dry lips, dry hands and getting a ring off your finger if it gets stuck.

Moisturiser with SPF - chapped dry skin isn't fun and neither is sunburn. Make sure you keep a mini bottle or sachet of moisturiser in your bag that contains a medium to high sun protection factor.

Sunglasses - for sunny days, hangovers and those who like to look a little mysterious.

Wet wipes - spillages, dirty hands, armpits - your choice.

Chewing gum/mints - keep fresh throughout the day, for your sake and everyone else's.

(Video) Aksi Kejar Michelle & Datuk, Gossip Cinta Haleeda

Dato’ bersalah sebab cemburu melampau sangat. Ok, semua bersalah termasuk Michelle.

We've all heard that stress is a killer, but did you know that you can fight stress just by eating the right foods? The foods we eat every day have an effect on our ability to deal with stress. Some foods increase the severity of our stress, while others help us roll with life's punches. Foods and drinks that stimulate the body might be useful on a short-term basis, but their long-term consequences are quite serious. Let's take a look at some of the most common foods and drinks and how they affect our stress levels.

Caffeine: A Powerful Stimulant

Caffeine addiction is common. We consume caffeine through coffee, tea, sodas, and even chocolate. In moderate doses, caffeine is a good mental enhancer that speeds up the heart rate and makes you feel more awake and alert. But in large quantities, caffeine takes a heavy toll on the human body. Not only does excessive caffeine consumption make you jittery and anxious, it can also increase your blood pressure and cholesterol levels, just like chronic stress does.

If you want to reduce your caffeine intake, don't try to go cold turkey. You could end up with fatigue, irritability, and even a migraine. Severe withdrawal symptoms might make you rethink your choice to cut out the caffeine. Instead, try tapering off your consumption by cutting out one or two of your daily caffeinated beverages. The next week, cut out another. You will eventually reduce your intake to your desired level, and your body will benefit.

Alcohol: A Surprising Stimulant

Not many people realize that alcohol acts as a stimulant. Most people drink it for its short-term relaxing effect. But alcohol actually stimulates the adrenal glands. Since these glands regulate our reaction to stress, overstimulation results in sleeplessness, anxiety, and volatile mood swings. A small amount of alcohol can actually promote heart health, but too much can cause fat deposits to build up in the heart. Excessive drinking can also compromise your general health by weakening your immune system and your liver's ability to filter toxins.

Smoking: A Deadly Coping Strategy

Smokers like to unwind with a cigarette at the end of a stressful day. But the instant gratification is short-lived, and they soon crave another dose of nicotine to calm down again. When you look at the long-term consequences of smoking - lung disease, heart disease, and cancer among them - you can see why they're not a good coping mechanism.

Sugar: An Empty Rush

Sugar gives us a quick surge of energy by causing a spike in our blood sugar level. The problem is that the energy surge doesn't last very long, and it's followed by a crash that leaves us tired and irritable as our glucose levels plummet. Plus, sugar doesn't nourish the body.

Blood sugar levels should be maintained over time by eating healthy carbohydrates, proteins, and unsaturated fats. Too much sugar can lead to unstable glucose levels, overtaxed adrenal glands, bad moods, lack of mental focus, and even diabetes.

Salt: Too Much of a Good Thing

We need sodium to survive, but our sodium requirement is much smaller than the amount we actually consume through table salt and processed foods. Like other foods on this list, salt can put a lot of stress on the adrenal glands when you consume too much of it. It can also increase blood pressure and lead to unstable moods. To prevent these effects, cut salt-laden junk foods from your diet and fill your shaker with a salt substitute.

Fat: The Good and the Bad

Fat has become a bad word in dietary circles. In reality, there are good fats and bad fats. Good fats are unsaturated and come from vegetable sources like olive oil and avocados, or from fish. Saturated fats can be found in red meat, dairy products, and most processed junk food. While unsaturated fats can help your body, saturated fats can lead to obesity, heart disease, and various forms of cancer. All fats are rather high in calories, so limit your use of unsaturated fats to maintain a reasonable caloric intake. Avoid saturated fats as much as possible.
